CCSO Headquarters Closed:
Due to the increased numbers with the COVID-19 Outbreak, CCSO Headquarters will be temporarily closed from Monday, January 11, 2021, through Monday, January 25, 2021. During this time, we ask that you direct all inquiries to ccso@ccsonet.org and provide a contact number to be reached. Staff will monitor all forms of communication as CCSO representatives work remotely to address your concerns.
The office will reopen for business on Monday, January 25, to the previously modified schedule. Whereby operation hours will be Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

COVID Vaccine Video:
CDCR Labor Relations sent a call to union leaders for assistance with a COVID Vaccine campaign. CCSO, along with CCHCS, filmed a short video featuring State President Gonzales. CCSO was happy to promote the value of protecting our members and their families while supporting efforts to eradicate this plague in our nation.
January 13, 2021 is the deadline to submit the footage. So, keep a lookout for the video at https://www.cdcr.ca.gov/covid19
Pregnancy Discrimination Class Action Lawsuit:
A lawsuit has been filed addressing the alleged failure by CDCR to reasonably accommodate pregnant correctional officers. All current and former employees employed by CDCR as correctional officers (regardless of rank) or Medical Technical Assistants who either: (a) sought but were denied or (b) were deterred from seeking reasonable accommodation for a pregnancy related disability during the period of March 24, 2018 through May 31, 2020.
