IMPORTANT: WALKTIME LAWSUIT UPDATE
On April 4, 2023, the Settlement Administrator (Rust Consulting) for the settlement of the walking time cases mailed out the next Notice to class members covered by the settlement. This Notice informs you of the estimated amount of your settlement share (your Individual Class Payment), as well as your total Gross Base Pay earnings for the pay periods you worked as a Sgt. or Lt. between April 2005 and the present. Each class member’s Gross Base Pay earnings were used to fairly divide up the Net Settlement Fund based on how long you worked as a Sgt. or Lt. during the settlement period.
As you will see under Section 4 of the Notice, you can call the Settlement Administrator at 1 (866) 665-8452 if you have any questions about the estimated amount of your settlement payments or the total listed for your Gross Base Pay earnings for the Pay Periods you worked as a Sgt. or Lt. between April of 2005 and the present.
