Judgment Entered in Walk Time Case

We are pleased to report that, having reviewed the voluminous filings submitted in support of the Settlement Agreement and taken the matter under submission, Judge Cheng gave final approval to the settlement this afternoon.
The entry of judgment ends litigation that began in 2008 with the filing of the first lawsuit, the trial, and the appeal to the California Supreme Court. The settlement is one of the largest Wage and Hour settlements in California state history. We thank you for your support over the years.
