CCSO has a formula-driven two-tier system payable in monthly installments. Dues are due on the first day of each month and increase when the respective tier receives a raise.
A) Tier 1
CCSO dues are calculated by 0.92% of Correctional Sergeant’ highest salary. This tier applies to all members whose highest monthly gross income in their respective classification is equal to or greater than a Correctional Sergeant’s highest salary.
B) Tier 2
CCSO dues are calculated by 0.93% of Staff Services Manager I highest salary. This tier applies to all members whose highest monthly gross income in their respective classification is less than a Correctional Sergeant’s highest salary.
