CCSO is lobbying for excluded employees to receive the respect and recognition they have so long deserved. CCSO secures benefits, raises, and a safe and fair workplace. CCSO works with the Receiver’s Office to obtain enhanced pay and working conditions for medical supervisors and managers.
CCSO’s mission is to provide its membership with professional, competent, and aggressive legal representation. Our primary goal is to achieve exclusive representation rights for all peace officers and non-peace officers in supervisory and managerial classifications employed in the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation and the Department of State Hospitals.
