Message From the President

As we welcome the warm sunshine after a winter of heavy rains — and, for those in the higher elevations, snow — our organization is also looking forward to brighter days ahead. Having sailed through the storm and reached calmer waters, we are ready to work with renewed emphasis on what we do best: helping our members succeed and thrive.

As I begin another year as your CCSO president, I can’t help but think back on how far our organization has come since I proudly took office five years ago. Many of us remember the not-so-distant past when our budget was so small that it was putting us at serious risk of not being able to function.

As we begin the final quarter of the year, I want to express my gratitude to our members and chapter presidents for supporting the dues increase that recently took effect. Thank you so much for entrusting us with the resources to offer the best services we possibly can.
